His introduction to Jungle came at a Digital Konfusion Jungle Party featuring DJ ODI, where hearing two copies of “Terrorist” sparked a new direction. Bringing his Hip Hop mixing techniques into Jungle, Jaybee developed a distinctive style built around tight scratching, deep basslines, and energetic beats. Over the years, he has collaborated with producers including Random Movement, Dave Owen, Grimm, and Sinistarr, performing throughout the U.S. and internationally, including Europe and the MAC II showcase at Sun ’N Bass.
Now based in Virginia, Jaybee has become a fixture in the American Drum & Bass scene, with releases on MAC II, V Recordings, Liquid V, Chronic, Good Looking, Innerground, Rubik, and numerous other respected labels.
