This week on Frequency #1079, we rewind ourselves back to some very special guest mixes. First up is a set from the OG of DC and Buzz, the infamous friday night at Capitol Ballroom (venue was later called Nation) and the reason why we are raving over here at Turnstyle HQ – SCOTT HENRY! He graced the airwaves and played live in the broad street studios for us back in the early aughts and it’s classic Scott Henry. Enjoy!
For hour two, we dive back into the same era with a live in studio mix from the Chicago OG – TERRY MULLAN. This guy ALWAYS brought the heat on decks! Few could crush it like Terry and keep the energy up too. His vibe on the decks, combined with his signature jacking acid house sounds – had every in the room jumping. It was dope! Feel the vibes!
Frequency airs on WRIR 97.3 FM from Richmond, Virginia USA. Listen live on Saturday on WRIR.ORG from 9-11 PM EST, with archives after here, and everywhere you find your fave podcasts too.
